Contact us to request deletion of personal information associated with an enquiry or a product or integration we operate.
How to request deletion
- Email driyownev@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Tell us which product, service, or enquiry the request relates to. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
- We may ask for reasonable verification to protect your information.
- We will assess the request and confirm the outcome or explain any legal or operational reason some information must be retained.
What happens next?
Eligible information will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period. Some information may need to be retained for legal compliance, security, resolving disputes, or fulfilling contractual obligations. Protected backups and third-party provider systems may take additional time to expire under their retention schedules.
For data handled by a third-party platform directly, you may also need to use that platform’s own privacy and deletion controls.
